Job Title: Home Care Aide
Hourly Rate: $21.12 - $23.00
Job Status: Part Time
Work Base: Marysville/Arlington/Lake Stevens
This position focuses on in‑home support services for clients in our community. They may be impacted by aging, have had recent medical changes requiring care, or may live with a disability.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship through activities
- Provide transportation support (e.g., activities or appointments)
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Provide meal plan/prep support
- Monitor client for changes in condition
- Support medication administration
- Support housekeeping
- Both written and spoken English language proficiency required
- High School Diploma / Equivalent required
- A valid Washington State Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle, up‑to‑date auto insurance, and willingness to transport clients
- Home Care Aide License (HCA) OR Ability to complete online and in‑person coursework
- First Aid/CPR Certified within 120 days of employment (training can be provided)
