Caregiver / Home Care Aide – Marysville, WA (Korean Women’s Association)

Location:

Marysville, WA. Other sites include Lake Stevens, Arlington, Everett, and Snohomish County.

Salary: $22.63 – $26.97 per hour (part‑time or full‑time). Hourly pay is paid in full hourly.

• Assist clients with daily activities (morning routine, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and companionship).
• Support clients’ daily life and maintain a positive, compassionate work culture.
• Participate in training and meet the standard for home‑care certification within the specified time.

• 18+ years old.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Criminal history and reference checks.
• Ability to become certified as a home‑care worker within the required time frame.

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• Compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.

This full‑time position offers flexible scheduling. Caregivers can work part‑time or full‑time based on preferences. Hours can be chosen without a minimum number of hours per week.
