Registered Nurse (RN) - Monthly Bonus Night Shift
Join as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Smokey Point Behavioral Hospital. This is a full‑time, night‑shift position with monthly bonus opportunities and generous shift differentials.
Compensation- Base pay: $57.00/hr (Nights) – $64.00/hr (Weekend Nights)
- Monthly bonus up to $9,000 per year
- Shift differentials: weekday overnights, weekend days & weekend overnights
- All medical, dental, vision, life, long‑term disability insurance and 401(k) fully covered by the company
- Actively engage in the health care team, offering direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
- Assess the physical and psychological conditions of patients continuously throughout their care journey.
- Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of SPBH.
- Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team, contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; valid Washington State RN license required. Bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility.
- Exceptional crisis and time‑management skills; flexible, creative, calm, and professional under stress.
