The OpportunityWe’re seeking experienced Regional Sales Representatives with a proven track record of selling into the golf green grass space. Individuals who excel at both acquiring new accounts and growing long‑term partnerships.
Your mission: help golf courses and pro shops elevate their retail experience through premium, customizable MiiR products that enhance merchandising, member gifting, events, and tournaments.
Essential Responsibilities- Represent the MiiR brand across your assigned golf region, building awareness and credibility.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new green grass accounts while maintaining existing relationships.
- Deliver engaging product presentations, merchandising solutions, and program overviews.
- Partner with courses and retail buyers to curate assortments and maximize sell‑through.
- Provide ongoing support for reorders, product training, and event opportunities.
- Leverage MiiR’s marketing and sustainability story to differentiate and drive value.
- Track performance against sales goals and provide regular territory updates.

Experience:
Demonstrated success selling into golf courses, pro shops, and off‑course retail. - Established Relationships: Existing contacts within green grass accounts preferred.
- Sales Drive: Proven ability to open doors, close deals, and hit targets.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. - Self‑Motivation: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
