Cash America Pawn is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The role pays a base hourly rate of $17.13–$18.22 plus commission on each transaction, with potential to earn extra per hour through incentives.
You will greet customers, process sales and loan activity, and help with inventory and displays while providing friendly, reliable service across pawn and retail offerings. This position reports to the Store Manager.
