What we offer our Construction Lead - Bath/Shower Installers:- We provide trucks and tools!
- 40-hour work week with plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x typically 55-60 hours at times).
- Typical schedule is Monday
- Friday + overtime. - Total Compensation is $80,000- $200,0000 a year; hourly pay rate is $28/hr + bonus potential
- Lead Installers also qualify for bi-monthly bonus based on quality of installations.
- Benefits: 12 days of paid vacation;
Medical/Vision/Dental Insurance, paid holidays; 401K.
- 2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling preferred.
- Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required.
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. consistently.
- Ability to interact professionally with Customers.
- Must be proficient in using technology such as iPad to document installation progress.
- Ability to manage a job from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer.
- For insurance purposes Lead Installers must be able to pass a DMV check.
