Plant Engineer – Bolder Industries

Location:

Maryville, MO | Full-Time

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze process data, identify issues and trends, implement technical solutions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using plant data, KPIs, and best engineering practices.
  • Design, test, and implement procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety.
  • Own process safety responsibilities:
    Management of Change, Root Cause Analysis, P&, JSA, risk assessments.
  • Utilize process simulation software, track key performance metrics, develop reports.
  • Provide clear instructions for implementation, support cross‑functional teams, coordinate third‑party contractors.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience (chemical or industrial plant strongly preferred).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on experience with process equipment.
  • Proficiency in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics.
  • Experience with heat exchangers, pumps, control valves, and related equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, equipment drawings, technical documentation.
  • Experience with electrical systems and instrumentation.
  • Basic AutoCAD skills.
  • Excellent communication, detail‑oriented, team‑oriented.
  • Lead and coordinate third‑party subcontractors effectively.
