Overview
Physical Therapist - Per Diem role at Enhance Therapies. This position is managed through Rehab Advisors for an in-house therapy program.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
- Create and implement personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
- Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
- Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- New grads welcome.
