Administrator | LNHA

Tutera Senior Living and Health Care at Maryville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated Administrator to lead our long‑term care facility. The role centers on ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.

What Will You Do in This Role?
  • Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations to meet State and Federal regulations.
  • Supervise department managers and ensure compliance across all units.
  • Integrate clinical services with business plans to meet quality, clinical, and utilization standards.
  • Track and achieve performance measures and financial productivity objectives.
  • Provide premier customer service and resolve resident care issues promptly.
Qualifications
  • Fire and passion for working with seniors.
  • Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or a related field.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, and community agencies.
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
