What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Level One Medication Aides | L1MA, you will be responsible for administering daily medication to residents in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Your duties will include monitoring residents, reporting changes, and collecting and recording medication administration.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Must have polite, and in good standing, Level One Medication Aide | L1MA certification in the state of practice
• Prior experience as a Level One Medication Aide | L1MAin a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavioral
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
