Full‑Time | Rotating Shifts | Overtime as Needed

• Operating mechanized equipment safely, efficiently, and within specifications
• Troubleshooting, inspecting, and resolving equipment issues
• Monitoring operations via computer systems and control room interfaces
• Sampling, testing, and inspecting materials and products
• Handling and packing materials in bags, totes, drums, or sacks
• Filling tanks and transferring product as needed
• Performing physically demanding tasks (e.g., moving hoses, cleaning equipment)
• Learning and supporting cross‑functional roles
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA regulations

• Willingness to work in varying environments (hot/cold, noisy, with carbon black exposure)
• Strict adherence to safety and PPE requirements, including safety glasses, steel‑toed shoes, hearing protection, and dust respirators when needed
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Climb stairs/ladders, bend, reach, push, and pull
• Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
• A reliable team player who works well with minimal supervision
• Strong communicator—able to share information clearly with peers and leaders
• A problem‑solver with good decision‑making skills
• Computer literate (basic email and control system use)
• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn new skills
• Forklift experience is a plus; ability to obtain certification is required

This role operates within an active chemical recycling plant that includes exposure to carbon black, liquid hydrocarbon oils, and vapor streams. Protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators) will be required in designated areas. The facility includes indoor and outdoor operations, elevated equipment access, and industrial‑grade processing equipment.
