Band Maker

Metal Culverts, Inc. is hiring a full-time Band Maker (entry level) for our onsite team in Maryville, MO on day shift. In this role, you'll support production by operating equipment to form precision bands and keeping work aligned with quality standards and production targets.

Key responsibilities include shearing sheet, rolling materials during the manufacturing process, and coordinating with teammates to keep the area safe, organized, and running smoothly.

• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Basic welding ability
• Material handling experience, including operating a forklift
• Ability to pass a background check
