As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will:

• Ensure delivery of efficient and effective nursing care for positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
• Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
• Provide resident care and direction of nursing care during your shift, including staff assignments, mentoring, and education of nursing personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.

• A passion for working with seniors.
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
• Active RN license in the state of practice in good standing.
• Prior experience as an RN in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
