As a local, independent McDonald's franchise, we are looking for talented & enthusiastic people. We will give you the tools to be what you want to be. Once hired, you may continue through Restaurant Management or take advantage of $3000 a year in FREE college tuition or both.

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results.
• Guest Service Department Manager: ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and maintain front counter & drive‑thru organization.
• Kitchen Department Manager: ensure quality, safe food delivery, control food cost, train kitchen staff on production procedures.
• People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, recognize and motivate crew.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule.
• Passion for fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
