What Will You Do in This Role?As a Dietary Cook, you will prepare and serve meals according to the menu, monitor food handling, preparation, meal service, and equipment cleaning methods, and ensure nutritionally appropriate food is served efficiently to residents. You will also maintain quality food service and nutrition care in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
Do You Have What It Takes?- A passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, energetic, and fun personality
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior dietary experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- One year of experience as a cook in a large‑scale operation preferred
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
