Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is a permanent hybrid role, offering a unique blend of remote and on‑site work, providing you with the flexibility you need to balance your professional and personal life. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and streamlining our accounts receivable process, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payment collection.

This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable process.
• Perform account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Review and process A/R entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Utilize Oracle software to maintain financial records and generate reports.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to address customer queries.
• Develop strategies to streamline and improve the accounts receivable process.
• Prepare and present analytical reports to management, providing insights into receivables, collections, and financial risk.
• Stay updated with industry trends and current best practices in accounts receivable management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
• Proficiency in Oracle and other financial management software.
• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, A/R entries, ledger maintenance, and auditing.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service‑oriented approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
