CompensationPay Range
: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

- Greet and welcome members professionally; provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service for all transactions.
- Accurately process all teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments within established limits and policy.
- Maintain cash drawer or dispenser with minimal discrepancies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
- Perform teller duties such as issuing money orders, processing debit disputes, issuing temporary and cashier’s checks, ordering checks, opening and closing sub‑accounts, and processing stop payments.
- Respond to member requests, problems, and complaints. Answer questions about account issues, products, and services; perform account maintenance.
- Review account information for restrictions and funds availability; provide members with account status information.
- Analyze and research account issues.
- May serve as the branch Membership Officer or Security Specialist; review completed loans and/or titles to ensure accuracy.
- Train to operate the vault and open/close the branch as needed.
- May open new membership accounts.
- May process, close, and disburse consumer loan applications.
- Work as a productive and contributive team member of both the branch and Credit Union to reach goals.
- Meet and exceed members’ expectations while maintaining quick and efficient service.
- Follow Service Standards at all times.
- Counsel members about Credit Union products and services based on their needs; promote those services.
- Educate and assist members with electronic and online services such as online banking, mobile apps, and remote deposit.
- Follow all Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Represent the Credit Union professionally (appearance, behavior, performance).
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work cooperatively with others.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Cash handling and service‑industry experience is strongly preferred.
