This is a part‑time, on‑site role for an Audiologist at the Hearing & Speech Foundation, located in Maryville, TN. The Audiologist will be responsible for conducting hearing evaluations, recommending appropriate hearing solutions, fitting and adjusting hearing aids, and collaborating with team members to support the foundation's mission. Responsibilities also include patient counseling, engaging with the Hearing Aid Assistance Program, and ensuring high standards of care in alignment with the Foundation's goals.

• Proficiency in conducting hearing tests, diagnostics, and interpreting audiometric data
• Experience with hearing aide fitting, adjustments, and maintenance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to counsel and educate patients effectively
• Organizational and record‑keeping abilities for managing patient data and program activities
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high‑quality care to underserved populations
• Valid audiology licensure in the state of Tennessee
• Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.), or a Master's degree in Audiology with significant experience
• Previous experience working with hearing aide assistance or non‑profit programs is a plus
