** The Lodge Food & Beverage Manager
** is tasked with cultivating a World Class Customer Service experience for guests and team members. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader that is focused on the overall success of The Lodge and Seed & Social. In addition to the responsibilities outlined below, this position will oversee the new in-house dining program including the development of overall vision, content creation, and service standards.

** The Lodge Food & Beverage Manager Duties
** Oversee the daily food and beverage operations. Address any food and beverage guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Interview, hire, train, and evaluate food & beverage team members, ensuring consistent delivery of the brand experience. Oversee team members' daily tasks.
* Educate our in-house team members and guests on our local suppliers and techniques to ensure our mission of sustainability.

** The Lodge Food & Beverage Manager Requirements
** High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
** Licenses/Certifications****:
** Must be able to obtain your World Class Customer Service Certification as well as Serv Safe certification within the first 90 days.
* Ability to interpret financial data into an operational plan, manage budgets and achieve financial goals.
* Understand the importance of being thorough, detail-oriented, and committed to providing world class customer service.
* Flexibility in new circumstances as they arise.

* High sense of urgency
* Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects on different timelines.
* Ability to work with minimal direction. Excellent follow-through skills and organizational skills.

Experience:

** Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage Industry as well as a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a kitchen management or leadership role.  
** The Lodge Food & Beverage Manager Abilities
** Opera Cloud Knowledge:  Highly Preferred  Canva Knowledge:  Highly Preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to consistently go above and beyond with outside-the-box thinking
