• 6+ Months

• Deep OLC Knowledge: Expert in Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud functionality
  , able to guide the solutioning team and act as a bridge between stakeholders and the OLC team.
• Oracle HCM Fusion Knowledge: Prior experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM – solutioning.
• Implementation Lifecycle: Proven experience leading full OLC implementations from start to finish.

• Stakeholder Management: Excellent client‑facing communication (verbal/written) to build trust, set expectations, and articulate product details to non‑technical US stakeholders.
• Project Leadership: Proactive issue identification, risk mitigation, and clear status reporting.
• Cross‑Cultural Coordination: Proven success in bridging gaps and coordinating seamlessly between US stakeholders and offshore (India) teams.

• Change Management: Ability to understand the process steps leading to successful go‑live and prior experience mitigating resistance from stakeholders through collaboration.
