• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and develop solutions to drive business growth
• Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for data-driven insights
• Design, develop, and maintain data visualizations and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View)
• Work with data engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and other analytics tools to support business decision-making
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reports
• Participate in Agile development cycles to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation of data sources, data models, and BI solutions
• Technical expectation: 3+ years of experience in relevant technologies

• Programming:
  Knowledge of .NET, C#, Python, R and Java Script
• Experience as a full-stack developer and in an Agile environment
• 2+ years of experience in Power BI and related technologies (SQL querying, data pipelines, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, code repositories, testing cycles; familiarity with CI/CD; experience with Azure Dev Ops, GIT, JIRA or equivalent
• Reporting:
  Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with business groups to understand reporting needs and provide insights
• Data Acquisition:
  Document requirements for reporting and analytics
• Data Analysis:
  Analyze data to derive actionable insights
• Data Cleansing:
  Clean and transform data, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Data Visualization:
  Design user-friendly dashboards and reports
• Documentation:
  Maintain documentation of sources, data transformations, and reporting processes

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View) and data analysis software (Excel, SQL)
• Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing concepts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
• Knowledge of SQL databases, SSIS packages, and/or other RDBMS or columnar databases
• Familiarity with data visualization concepts
• Experience in SAP is a plus; experience in manufacturing industry is a plus

Must be able to stand, sit, stoop, squat, walk; must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

Within facilities, employees may be exposed to manufacturing noise, airborne chemicals, dust, and other typical manufacturing environment conditions. May be exposed to hazards around moving machinery, confined quarters, vibrations, hot temperatures, humidity, odors, and chemical hazards.

The following Personal Protective Equipment is required:
Safety glasses with side shields and hearing protection when on the manufacturing floor. Additional PPE may be required depending on task.
