Manager in Training (MIT) Program
The Manager in Training (MIT) is designed to prepare the Team Member for a future leadership position in one of our home building facilities. The MIT Program is a multi-phase program developed to be comprehensive and allows MITs to learn first-hand how to successfully lead within a Home Building Facility (HBF). Working hands-on and partnering with other internal team members, MITs will be exposed to a multitude of skills and tribal knowledge.
Each program path provides broad training and experience within a Home Building Facility. Program discipline can change during the MIT’s time in the program, based upon their interest and skillset as they move through the program. The MIT, upon completion, would likely be prepared to take on a leadership role in one of our home building facilities.
