Maryville Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Walk-in Clinic, PRN Status. PRN WEEKDAYS PM PRN SATURDAYS / 2-3 SHIFTS PER MONTH.

Mosaic Life Care Walk-in Clinic in Maryville, MO is seeking to hire an additional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. • Enjoy 12-hour shifts, Saturday clinic coverage every third week
• 100% Outpatient
• On call three to four weeks a year
• Providing care to a varied adult and pediatric patient community in a rural setting
• Assist with minor laceration repairs, incision and drainage abscesses, and simple splinting

• Master’s Degree Required
• Current Missouri license preferred or the ability to obtain licensure
• Current DEA licensure

• Possess ability to work independently/autonomously and interdependently with other health care professionals
• Have extensive patient assessment skills using diagnostic methods and instruments with the ability to develop appropriate plan of care, modifying as indicated
• Possess effective communication skills and interpersonal skills with patients, families and members of the health care team

• Licensed as an RN in the state of Missouri or Kansas depending upon designated work location. Successful completion of a CNS or APRN master’s degree in a nursing program in the specialty area or must demonstrate successful completion of a formal post-graduate track or accredited program (within the specialty area) within a school of nursing granted graduate-level academic credit (e.g. graduate, non-matriculating program)
• Licensed in state of Missouri or Kansas, depending upon designated work location. Must be currently certified by a nationally recognized certifying body acceptable to the Missouri or Kansas State Board of Nursing as well as hold and maintain a current Document of Recognition
