Job Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.

Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.

Administer medications and ensure cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room.

Adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.

Qualifications

LPN or LVN License required per state regulations.

Additional Notes

Salary range: $23.34 - $29.18 per hour, based on skills and experience. Role eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.
