Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience, delivering excellent customer service and helping customers build wardrobes. You will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the customer through our brand experience to make authentic connections
• Be customer-obsessed, lead with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise on style and fit
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to stay informed on priorities and promotions; deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with the focus on the customer
• Product flow/shipping and receiving: support shipment processes, stay aware of new products, and participate in omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
