Overview

American Home Design is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives for the Maryville area to work weekends only. This role is based inside the local Home Depot store, promoting water products via brief water surveys with shoppers. The position offers paid training and a lucrative base plus unlimited bonus opportunity. Top representatives earn over $30/hour.

• Walk the store and initiate communication with potential customers through a brief water survey conducted on a provided tablet.
• Meet and exceed hourly survey expectations.

• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and self‑disciplined to work independently.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to walk the Home Depot store for a 4‑hour shift.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
