The Deployment Specialist plays a key role in the implementation of Industrial Solutions. They ensure data quality, understand product requirements, and rigorously prepare databases for automated solutions implemented at customer sites. They also contribute to providing fast and structured customer support regarding products, users, and system configurations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customer Audits & Information Gathering
    • Organize and conduct customer audits
    • Collect and document the information necessary for the implementation of Industrial Solutions: products, packaging, distribution units, locations, and operational requirements
    • Ensure the accuracy and quality of the data collected
  • System Configuration & Databases
    • Configure products, user records, and restrictions in automated systems
    • Create planograms and establish minimum/maximum fill levels
    • Perform required updates continuously
  • Customer Support
    • Respond to requests related to product replacements, user access, and configuration issues
    • Follow up with internal teams
    • Provide fast, professional, and solution-oriented service
  • Implementation Support
    • Collaborate closely with the Solutions Architect, Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and Designers
    • Support necessary adjustments before and after each implementation
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Actively contribute to the optimization of audit and configuration procedures
  • DESIRED PROFILE Education & Experience
    • Knowledge of industrial products
    • Experience in coordination, inventory, logistics, operations, or customer service
    • Proficiency in computer systems or databases
    • Strong interest in technological and automated environments
