We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in Industrial or Production Engineering.

Your role includes managing projects, conducting audits, and facilitating Kaizen workshops. Excellent proficiency in Lean tools is required to deploy key performance indicators and maintain visual management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines and track deliverables efficiently

• Conduct audits for internal and external evaluations

• Lead Kaizen workshops to engage field teams

• Implement OEE, takt time, and cycle time indicators

• Maintain the 5S methodology for workplace efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial or Production Engineering or Logistics

• 5 to 10 years project management experience

• Proficient in Lean tools like VSM and Kanban

• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred

• Bilingual in French and English
