• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients according to their preferences
• Help ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and resource organization with team members
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work in multiple locations and schedules
• Sales or marketing experience

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location. Eligible employees may participate in incentive plans, benefits, and company programs.
