• Lead and develop a team of landscapers and laborers to ensure the successful completion of landscape construction projects.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints, design plans, and project specifications.
• Manage site preparation, grading, hardscape installation, planting, irrigation, and other landscape construction tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
• Maintain project budgets, schedules, and proper documentation.
• Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Must enjoy working outdoors and be ready to work hard.

• 3-5 years' experience in the landscape construction field, and prior experience managing a crew
• Ability to lift 80lbs+; work outside in inclement weather; bending, squatting, lifting, reaching
• Experience with Hardscape Installation, Site Layout, Laser Level Operation, Skid Steer Operation and Crew Management
• Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts and Saturdays if needed (overtime available)
• Dependability and Reliability: showing up on time to support your team.
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer:
  Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• DOT card or the ability to obtain a DOT card
• Valid Hoisting License and/or the ability to obtain a 2A/1C
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
