We are seeking a part-time (20 Hours per week) psychiatric Provider for a DMH run 10 bed Residential Community Crisis Stabilization Program.

The program is a transitional therapeutic program for adults as a hospital diversion or those stepping down from an inpatient setting.

Practitioners provide support for individuals’ daily living skills, psychosocial rehabilitation, medication management, and support services focusing on transitioning individuals to their next step of the recovery process.

The Nurse Practitioner provides direct psychiatric services through patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include previous practice experience, MA NP License, DEA, CSR, and BLS.
