Busy firm on Cape Cod is looking for a civil litigation attorney with 5-7 years of experience. The firm currently practices in real estate, civil litigation, probate and family law. The candidate should possess excellent negotiating skills, strong client management and legal research capabilities. Trial and motion practice experience is required in both district and superior courts. Candidates must have strong organization, writing, and analytical skills and should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary negotiable. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid sick leave, and vacation.
