Leach Animal Hospital has served the Mashpee community since 1933, building trusted client relationships and a reputation for high-quality medicine. Today, we're looking for a Medical Director to help guide the next chapter of our practice. Located in the heart of Cape Cod, you'll enjoy easy access to beaches, boating, fishing, hiking trails, local restaurants, and everything that makes the region a destination to live as well as visit.
And we're closed Saturdays and Sundays. Because leadership is more sustainable when you have time outside the hospital.

As Medical Director, you'll have the opportunity to shape medical standards, mentor veterinarians, strengthen hospital culture, and partner with leadership to support continued growth. You'll maintain an active caseload while helping guide the future of the hospital, giving you the best of both worlds: meaningful leadership and hands‑on medicine.
