Panera Bread / PR Restaurants LLC dba Panera Bread is looking for an experienced restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team of dynamic and hard-working café professionals in Mashpee, MA. This role offers pay up to $65,000 per year.

• Provide the highest-quality customer service to our guests
• Enthusiastic and comprehensive knowledge of menu items
• Collaborate, act as a team-player, and provide support as a key member of the management team
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Set a positive example and maintain optimism for all staff, employees, and guests

• Restaurant management experience required
• Multi-unit experience (preferred)
• Steady employment track record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work with a diverse group of dedicated staff
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Physical requirements:
  
  ability to stand for prolonged periods, walking, bending, stretching, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Availability to work various schedules/shifts (includes nights and weekends)
