Sales Associate Part Time / Full Time Mashpee Commons Pottery Barn

Join us as a Sales Associate at Pottery Barn in Mashpee Commons. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

Provide sincere, friendly, and energetic customer service, exemplifying world-class standards.

Achieve sales goals and maintain knowledge of current promotions.

Assist customers with services such as gift wrapping, registry, merchandise locating, and special orders.

Utilize effective selling techniques to increase sales and productivity.

Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including features and benefits.

Perform register transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges.

Support visual merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness standards.

Process, ticket, and restock merchandise as needed.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, preferably in specialty retail.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Mobility on the sales floor, operating POS systems, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
Availability for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends and holiday seasons.

Lifting and moving medium to large items up to 75 pounds safely.
