Average salary range: $40,000 – $64,000 per year, plus uncapped commissions. Guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• Minimum age 18.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers and find solutions.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Lift up to 10 pounds.
• Stand for long periods.

All Sales Consultants must complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of the start date, including potential overnight travel. Ongoing online and computer‑based training is required.
