As a Painting Job Leader - Lead Painter, you will start your day by overseeing your team and assigning tasks. In this leadership position, you'll ensure that each project is completed on schedule and meets our high-quality standards. Your responsibilities include managing the crew, maintaining communication with the team, and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.

• 1+ years of professional painting experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to perform and supervise all painting functions according to company standards
• Ability to use sprayers and power washers
• Knowledge of proper use of appropriate tools, equipment, ladders, safety equipment, and PPE
• Bilingual
