Summary Provide leadership with strategic thinking and exemplify excellent customer service. Ensure annual divisional initiatives aligned with company initiatives are completed
PrimaryRoles and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records in Quick Books® and third party record keeping software
- Create financial reports and perform analysis
- Monitor and maintain inventory, fixed assets
- Complete accounts payable activities
- Complete accounts receivable activities
- Prepare and maintain cash management reports
- Coordinate and administer payroll
- Working knowledge of current business software technologies
- 3+ year(s) of experience with Quick Books Pro® (most recent versions)
- 2+ years of experience with collection activities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- High school diploma/GED
- Associate degree in accounting preferred or strong professional background of 2-3 years bookkeeping experience
This position could be based out of the Mason City office or the Ames Iowa office. Some remote is possible for an excellent candidate
