Technician – C

Technician CThe Technician C is responsible to will perform routine maintenance and basic automotive repairs, working alongside experienced technicians to grow your technical abilities. You will handle light-duty maintenance tasks such as brake repairs, parts replacement, and more, all while upholding the quality service we are known for.

• Perform light-duty maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, and fluid checks.
• Upsell additional services and parts to meet customer needs.
• Replace parts as needed, ensuring the highest level of workmanship.
• Complete routine vehicle inspections and provide detailed assessments to customers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with the service team and customers.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure vehicles meet all manufacturer and industry standards.
• Participate in OEM training to expand technical skills and stay current with automotive technology.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Be self-motivated and willing to learn and develop new skills to advance in your career.
• Additional duties as requested.

Reports to Service Manager

• Basic automotive repair knowledge and a strong desire to grow technical expertise.
• Must have and provide your own tools for the job.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous experience in an automotive repair or maintenance role is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
