• Join a team of 3 Hematology Oncologists, 1 Radiation Oncologist, and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Provide radiation oncology care using two linear accelerator treatment machines offering SBRT, SRT, IMRT/IGRT, VMAT, etc.
• Participate in tumor boards weekly with on-site specialists (Pathology, Radiology, General Surgery, Medical Oncology, Pulmonary, Urology, GI, ENT, etc.).
• Support in-house Cancer Center services including survivorship, genetics, dietitians, social services, and financial counselors.
• Contribute to a comprehensive Cancer Center environment with on-site services and related programs.

• Mercy One North Iowa Cancer Center, adjacent to Mercy One North Iowa Medical Center
  - Mason City (342-bed regional referral teaching hospital).
• ACR-accredited, Radiation Oncology established practice; wide bore CT simulator with advanced motion management.
• Recent $10 million Cancer Center renovation completed in 2021.

• Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school; demonstrated physician competency via residency; board certified or board eligible.
• Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges.
• Licensed or eligible for Iowa physician license;
  Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• EOE/drug screen required; H1B & J1 visa candidates accepted; PSLF eligible.

• Base salary around $550,000 with a $100,000 sign-on bonus.
• Up to $15,000 moving allowance.
• Full benefits package including paid malpractice and tail coverage, registration/licensing reimbursements, $4,000 CME/year, retirement plan, generous PTO.

• Regional health system covering 15 counties with 8 critical access hospitals and 42 clinics in northern Iowa and southern Minnesota.
