Mercy One Obstetrics & Gynecology in Mason City, Iowa is looking for 2 certified Midwives to join a busy practice!

• Low-Risk OB and women’s health
• Join the team of 2 OBGYNs, 3 OB Hospitalists, and 4 APPs
• NO CALL!
• Newly remodeled clinic located on our main campus, close proximity to labor & delivery, lab, pharmacy, and Radiology with access to Perinatology consultation
• Level II Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) staffed 24-hours by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses with access to an on-site blood bank
• In-house specialists available for consultation/collaboration in patient care (e.g., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology)

• Regional health system covering 14 counties, includes Mercy One North Iowa Medical Center, seven critical access hospitals, and 42 clinics in northern Iowa
• Network service area – approximately 260,000
• Mercy One North Iowa Medical Center – Mason City, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital
• 300+ employed providers across multiple specialties
• Level III Trauma Center offering on-site post-graduate education programs

• Competitive Guaranteed Base: $133,000/year
• $10,000 starting bonus
• 3–4 days of PTO per year
• Annual CME: $3,000
