Synergy Health Partners is seeking Orthopedic Surgeons with strong skills to join our new acute care team working at Mercy One North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, Iowa.

• Acute care program
• Work 7-10 days a month and enjoy real time off
• Competitive per diem compensation

• Medical malpractice is provided
• 1-2 years experience required
• Supportive and collaborative teamwork environment

• Active IA medical license is a plus

• Level III Trauma Center
• EMR Transitioning to Epic in May 2026
