F&I Manager

The Finance and Insurance Manager involves working closely with customers to provide financing options, managing relationships with banks and vendors, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers to understand their financing needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their purchasing experience.
• Drive sales through customer satisfaction while ensuring all transactions comply with state and federal regulations. Maintain a keen attention to detail in paperwork and documentation.
• Oversee the processing of financial transactions, including bank funding, title work, and cash management. Negotiate financing terms with banks to secure the best rates for customers.
• Foster and maintain strong partnerships with financial institutions, vendors, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive offerings.
• Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and contribute to achieving dealership sales goals. Provide training and guidance to staff on financing processes and compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of paperwork, including contracts, title transfers, and other financial documents. Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Ideal Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales or finance.
• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability in customer engagement and relationship management.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Pay Range & Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $54,000–$72,000 per year, plus commission. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.
