Hearing Care Professional/Medical Device Sales

As a Hearing Instrument Specialist/Trainee, you will promote and sell hearing instruments by educating patients on their individual hearing loss and the technology available to help them hear better.

As a Medical Device Sales Professional, you will promote and sell our hearing devices. This role involves directly engaging patients to deliver the best hearing solutions, expanding our reach, and significantly impacting patients’ lives.

• Drive sales growth by promoting and selling hearing care products and services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow‑up support to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Travel across the area, visiting clinics and meeting with patients.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare (not required but a plus).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Ability to travel within the area.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Passion for helping people and making a positive impact on their lives.

• Competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 plus commission.
