Supervisor – Release of Information (ROI)

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for healthcare operations and team development? We’re looking for a Supervisor to oversee Release of Information (ROI) operations at one of our key client sites. In this role, you’ll manage a team of ROI Specialists, ensuring that all processes meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage daily operations and scheduling of ROI Specialists at the client site.
  • Ensure all ROI activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and adjust schedules to maintain productivity during peak periods or staff absences.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews, performance evaluations, and regular feedback sessions to support staff growth and accountability.
  • Provide coverage and hands‑on support when needed to maintain service continuity.
  • Collaborate closely with client management and internal leadership to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
  • Foster a positive, customer-focused team culture built on professionalism, respect, and service.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education:

    High School Diploma or GED required;
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:

    1+ year of supervisory or management experience, ideally in a healthcare or acute care setting.
  • Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of HIPAA and medical record privacy standards.
  • Skills:

    Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
