• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
• Understand and show guests how to use Target App features and offerings

• Communicate effectively and have a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members
• Prioritize tasks while paying attention to detail
• Willing to educate guests and engage around products and services
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
• Work both independently and with a team
• Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
