Laird Law Firm, P.L.C., with offices in Mason City, Clear Lake, and Waverly provides quality legal services in broad range of areas including, but not limited to, business transactions and counseling, estate planning and estate and trust administration, real estate, litigation, and family law.

Laird Law Firm seeks a transactional attorney to assist, consult, and represent clients in estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate, business, and contractual matters.

Provide legal services relating to:

• Commercial, agricultural, and residential real estate transactions and related matters
• Estate and trust administration.
• Business organization, counseling, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Estate planning, including drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Negotiating and drafting personal and business contracts such as leases, employment agreements, non-compete agreements, non-disclosure agreements, loan documents, etc.
