** What You'll Be Doing
*** Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the yard labor and cleaning crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work performance.
* Collaborate closely with the maintenance department to improve workflow efficiency, reduce downtime, and support ongoing maintenance projects.
* Manage and oversee contractor labor crews, ensuring compliance with safety standards, site procedures, and quality expectations.
* Order and maintain appropriate levels of cleaning supplies, PPE, and rental equipment based on plant operational needs and schedules.
* Mentor, train, and support new employees to build a skilled, safety-conscious, and high-performing team.

** Work Environment
** This role is based in a cement manufacturing plant environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. The position requires walking, standing, climbing, and occasional lifting.
