As a minimum, you must hold an unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center by administering medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, leading team responsibilities, and advocating for residents. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail will keep residents comfortable and safe.
