Mercy One Medical Group in Mason City, IA, is seeking a full-time NICU/OB RN to join our Labor and Delivery team. The unit features five labor and delivery rooms and a Level II NICU, offering comprehensive maternal-newborn care.
You will provide patient-centered care to mothers and newborns, collaborate with obstetric and pediatric teams, and float between Birth Center and Pediatrics as needed. A current Iowa RN license or new grad eligibility is required; BSN preferred.
